Client Services Manager
Olufunke has a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Lagos in 1993, and received training in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington, USA, Department of Global Health in 2018.
She has vast experience carrying out administrative duties in the healthcare industry, which includes developing strategies for improving customer services and monitoring daily activities of patient services operations. In 2018, she was recognised for her dedication to the needs of patients, ensuring they received the best experience and treatment during their hospital visit.
Prior to assuming her role as Client Services Manager at Marcelle Ruth, Olufunke served as the Clinic Administrator at Lagoon Hospital and Lagoon Specialist Suites, Victoria Island in Lagos for seven years, where she was supervising non-clinical tasks within the service, which was essential to the smooth and effective provision of quality care to patients and their families.
Olufunke is an Alumni of IWOW Leadership Academy, which inspires, enlightens, encourages and connects Women to be Power Women. She also believes the power of positive thinking and developing strong relationships are the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally.
