โ€œPrecision in Practice.โ€ That was the theme โ€” and Marcelle Ruth showed up as more than a guest in the room.

Marcelle Ruth Cancer Centre & Specialist Hospital was at the FBCS Inaugural Conference 2026 at CMUL, Idi-Araba, where some of the biggest names in Nigerian healthcare and academia gathered under the theme: โ€œPrecision in Practice: Integrating Diagnostics, Therapeutics and Clinical Insights for Patient-Centred Care.โ€

From the Minister of Education to the UNILAG Vice Chancellor, top leadership from LUTH and CMUL, and industry voices across diagnostics and oncology โ€” the conversations went deep into what it really takes to deliver care thatโ€™s accurate, timely, and centred on the patient.

We sponsored the second plenary session, โ€œBridging Bench to Bedside in Womenโ€™s Cancers,โ€ chaired by Prof. Modupe Elebute-Odunsi. The panel: featuring Prof. Solomon Rotimi, Dr. Damola Omogbehin, and Yemisi Osakwe.

Our exhibition booth was a busy one too โ€” several of the conferenceโ€™s distinguished guests stopped by to engage with our team, and delegates who visited stood a chance to win a free gift.
